Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate forensic requests and advise on suitable services and evidential opportunities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external providers for an efficient service.
• Monitor submissions to laboratories and assess outcomes and value.
• Support DNA database submissions and process results when required.
• Evaluate statements and reports from providers and maintain case records.
• Use force systems to manage forensic casework in a compliant manner.
• Stay updated on forensic techniques to inform guidance.
