Job summary

Humber Youth Action Group is seeking a motivated Social Worker to join our specialist team, delivering high-quality social work services across community, mental health or hospital settings. You will undertake person-led assessments, risk assessments and support planning to promote independence and social inclusion.

You will monitor care plans, coordinate tailored social care packages and provide leadership within the Forensic Division, while ensuring compliance with legislation and professional

Qualifications

• Degree and current registration with Social Work England.
• Post-registration/graduate diploma or equivalent experience in related work area.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring or supervising.
• Full understanding of Safeguarding, Mental Health Act, Care Act, Mental Capacity Act, Social Inclusion, Liberty Protection, Safeguards, and related legislation.
• Basic IT skills and ability to use standard software in service delivery.
