Responsibilities

• Support qualified occupational therapists with planning, implementation and evaluation of therapy plans.
• Assist in life skills development and meaningful daily activities for patients.
• Update clinical records and computerised information systems promptly.
• Record patient involvement in 1:1 and group activities and escalate issues.
• Participate in group sessions and clinical supervision for development.
• Contribute to activity schedules and service line timetables.
