This role is suitable for RGN and qualified Paramedics with 3+ years post-qualification experience. Custody environments are dynamic, with no two days the same. Detentions can last up to 24 hours, during which we provide high-level care for issues like substance dependency and acute medical episodes. Our professionals are trained to collect forensic samples to assist police investigations. Experience in forensics is not necessary; training will be provided to become an accredited Forensic Practitioner. The 4-on-4-off rota offers predictable planning for your personal life, with shifts of two days, two nights, followed by four days off. Both full-time and part-time positions are available. The role is based within Abingdon Police Custody Suite. Applications are reviewed as they arrive, and the advert may close early once filled.
