Rethink Mental Illness is recruiting a Health and Wellbeing Coach to work on the Ridgeway, Roseberry Park Hospital site within secure forensic inpatient wards in Teesside. The role forms part of an Integrated Care Mental Health team delivering low-level therapeutic interventions and supporting clients in self-management of recovery.

Responsibilities include 1:1 support, psychoeducation, grounding, and facilitating group activities, with supervision from a Senior HWBC.

Formación

• Experience in delivering mental health coaching or related interventions.
• Ability to work within integrated care mental health teams.
• Experience in psychoeducation and supporting self-management.

Responsabilidades

• Provide low-level therapeutic interventions within secure forensic inpatient wards.
• Support individuals in self-management of recovery and build trusting relationships.
• Facilitate group activities and forums; provide 1:1 support as needed.
• Coordinate with the mental health team and contribute to discharge planning and community transition.
