Forensic Manager

We are searching for an experienced Forensic Manager.

Make an Impact at RSM UK

At RSM, our consulting team brings together diverse advisory experts to deliver our six core solutions: business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance function support, and risk assurance.

Our solutions are designed to address the unique needs, challenges, and opportunities our clients face as they strive to achieve their aspirations and organizational goals. Whether it's supporting global expansion, developing acquisition strategies, facilitating private equity investments, or collaborating with boards to manage risk assurance, our consulting experts work as one cohesive team. We prioritize simplicity, providing data-driven insights, value-added assurance, and high-quality execution to empower our clients in building sustainable, future-fit businesses.

It's an exciting time to join our consulting team, as we embark on ambitious growth plans that promise to create diverse career opportunities. We are committed to enhancing our six solutions, expanding and developing our team of expert consultants, embracing a digital-first approach, strengthening our global presence, and building strong client relationships.

We are looking for an experienced forensic manager to join our team in London. Our Forensic team focuses on delivering complex investigations and offers a full suite of forensic services to clients across various industries and sectors. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality work and are looking for a like-minded, experienced individual to help manage and deliver forensic projects.

You will make an impact through:

  • Working with clients facing challenges and supporting the delivery of structured forensic solutions.
  • Managing a range of complex forensic assignments throughout their lifecycle, including risk management during engagement take-on, defining scope, and developing investigative strategies.
  • Leading delivery on forensic assignments, including investigations requiring forensic accounting expertise, sensitive matters relating to fraud and misconduct, and business intelligence projects.
  • Preparing well-structured, concise, and independent high-quality reports for partner review, presenting findings logically, and addressing the client's key concerns.
  • Providing advisory and compliance-related services to clients on matters such as fraud prevention, UK Bribery Act 'adequate procedures' reviews, and the new 'Failure to Prevent Fraud' corporate criminal offence.
  • Working on business development initiatives and proposals for new client opportunities.

What we are looking for:
  • Someone who thrives on variety, loves learning new things, and enjoys connecting with people. If you can spot inefficiencies and are passionate about making improvements, this role is perfect for you!
  • We value diverse experiences and perspectives. Here's what we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
  • Previous experience operating at manager level in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in delivering complex forensic assignments.
  • Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent).
  • CFE, ACFS, or other industry-recognized qualification.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable communicating with all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.

What we can offer you:
  • We recognize that our people are our most important assets. That's why we offer a flexible reward and benefits package to help you have a fulfilling experience both in and out of work.
  • Hybrid and flexible working.
  • 27 days holiday (with the option to purchase additional days).
  • Lifestyle, health, and wellbeing benefits, including financial wellbeing tools, electric car scheme, and access to a virtual GP.
  • Access to over 300 courses on demand developed by our in-house Talent Development team.
