Support the team and deliver an exceptional administrative service to the region.

As the Forensic Administration Officer for the East Midlands Special Operations Unit (EMSOU), you will deliver high quality clerical support across Forensic Services units. With your keen attention to detail, you’ll manage reception duties, ordering processes and tracking of exhibits from across the region.

You’ll be

  • Managing telephone and email enquiries effectively and redirecting these to appropriate departments.
  • Supporting investigations ensuring report of results and statements are provided to stakeholders efficiently.
  • Monitoring CCTV and initial access to the site being the first point of contact for visitors and reporting breaches.

You must

  • Effectively communicate with a variety of audiences to deliver information.
  • Have excellent computer skills including proficiency using Microsoft Office packages.
  • Recognise the importance of good customer service and aspire to serve the public.
