ABOUT THE ROLE

This opportunity would suit a candidate that has previous experience within Infrastructure, bridging, roads or rail. The client that I am representing I have worked closely with for over 5 years – I put this client within my top 5 contractors across the whole of the U.K.

Roles and responsibilities include:

• Managing your team on your section of the site
• Allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members
• Maintaining team morale and productivity
• Ensuring all work is carried out to the required standards.
• Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• 5+ years of experience in working as a Foreman or a related field within construction
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• It would be advantageous for you to have your own team of trades

REWARDS AND BENEFITS

A day rate of £330 – £350 + company vehicle and fuel card is on offer for this position
