Othee Group are currently working with a respected contractor based in West London who is seeking an experienced Foreman / Logistics Manager to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in site logistics and delivery coordination, looking for a long-term opportunity within a busy and well-structured site environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site logistics and maintain efficient material flow
• Order concrete and ensure timely deliveries to site
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to manage schedules
• Liaise with the main contractor to ensure project timelines are met

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in a logistics or foreman role within construction
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• A proactive and reliable approach with excellent attention to detail
