Foreman / Head Tractor Driver Job - Warwickshire

We are seeking a Foreman / Head Tractor Driver for a 3,500-acre arable farm in Warwickshire, producing feedstock for our anaerobic digester. The role involves managing a team of up to 8 staff plus subcontractors.

Responsibilities include:

1. Digestate & manure application
2. Cultivations
3. Drilling
4. Harvesting
5. Clamp management

We offer an excellent renumeration package for ambitious candidates who can contribute to our business growth. This is a full-time, permanent position with a start date of 12/05/2025 and end date of 29/09/2025, with hours ranging from 50 to 60 per week.

Must Have:

• Valid UK driving license
• Right to work in the UK
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated with organizational skills to maximize production
• Experience operating large-scale and modern machinery such as Quadtracs, Forage and Beet harvesters, Horsch VT sprayer, Fastracs, Pumas, etc.
