We're Hiring: Fit-Out Foremen for High-End Interior Projects in UAE!

ALEC FITOUT, a division of ALEC Holdings and part of the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD), is a leading specialist in high-end interior fit-out and refurbishment projects across the hospitality, commercial, cultural, and retail sectors. We bring visionary interiors to life through precision execution and world-class craftsmanship.

ALEC FITOUT is seeking a Fit-Out Foreman, who will manage daily site operations, supervise tradesmen, and ensure quality and productivity. You’ll oversee interior finishes and report progress, snags, and safety matters to your site leadership team.

• This role is assigned to an ALEC FITOUT project based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• The position requires a six-day work week, mandatory for all site-based roles.
• Successful candidates must be eligible for a work visa for UAE.

Your Role:

• Review daily schedules and assign work based on priorities and skills.
• Lead teams in fit-out trades including marble, woodwork, metal, glazing, partitions, ceilings, and painting.
• Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate and timely completion.
• Ensure all work complies with HSE policies and safety standards.
• Manage tools, materials, and manpower for productivity and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks, resolve minor site issues, and escalate critical ones.
• Report daily site progress, delays, and corrective actions.
• Train and mentor team members to develop technical and safety skills.
• Maintain discipline and promote teamwork on-site.

What You’ll Need:

• 5–7 years’ hands-on experience in construction.
• At least 2 years’ managing multiple trades on high-end projects.
• Experience in luxury interior fit-out (hospitality, retail, commercial, or residential).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of technical drawings, materials, and finishes.
• Proven record in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Basic computer skills and report writing in English.
• First Aid Certificate is a plus.
