Job summary

Dewey Solutions Ltd is seeking a Foreman Driller to join our GSHP division. The role focuses on leading drilling operations for boreholes, coordinating field teams, and ensuring safe, efficient project delivery across a range of GSHP sites.

The successful candidate will have GSHP drilling experience or be able to demonstrate strong drilling capability, hold a CSCS card, and possess a clean driving licence. Willingness to travel and stay away when required will be essential for site coverage.

Qualifications

• Experience drilling and installing GSHP boreholes (preferred).
• CSCS card essential.
• Clean driving licence.
• NVQ in related field (preferred).
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Additional tickets and qualifications advantageous: Lifting Operations / Slinger Signaller.
• Additional qualifications: Plant Operations NVQ.

Responsibilities

• Lead drilling operations safely and efficiently across multiple GSHP projects.
• Oversee GSHP borehole installations and ensure project quality.

Foreman Driller to join our growing Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) division.

The successful candidate will have experience drilling and installing GSHP boreholes and will be responsible for leading drilling operations safely and efficiently across a range of projects.

What we're looking for

• Experience drilling and installing GSHP boreholes - preferred
• CSCS card - essential
• Clean driving licence
• NVQ - preferred
• Willingness to travel and stay away when required
• Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
• Additional relevant tickets and qualifications would be advantageous, including:
• Lifting Operations / Slinger Signaller
• Plant Operations NVQ
