Overview

We are recruiting for a Foreman to join a high-profile project within the Energy Transmission and Distribution sector, delivering a Battery Storage Park that will play a key role in the UK's renewable energy journey. StitThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Foreman to lead on-site activities and drive progress on a major infrastructure scheme.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate site teams and subcontractors.
  • Ensure works are carried out safely, efficiently, and to specification.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with drawings and standards.
  • Support the delivery of short-term programmes and daily briefings.
  • Champion health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
  • Report daily progress and issues to site management.
About You
  • Previous experience as a Foreman (civils, infrastructure, or energy projects preferred).
  • Strong background in managing site teams within the power, renewables, or heavy civils environment.
  • SMSTS certification is required.
  • Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to drive progress on site.
