Here at Blueprint Recruitment, we have a new opportunity for a Foreman to join a leading client in a contract role. We encourage experienced and knowledgeable candidates to apply. The successful candidate will work on site five days a week in Melksham.

Our client is a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, specialising in energy, water, highways, rail, aviation, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage daily site operations to ensure efficient workflow.
2. Lead and motivate the team, including site workers and subcontractors.
3. Ensure all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and regulations.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
5. Manage resources such as materials, tools, and equipment.
6. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely deliveries.
7. Report site progress, delays, and issues to senior management.
8. Keep accurate records of site activities, including logs and completed work.

Key Requirements:

• Authorised as a National Grid Competent Person.
• Hold a CSCS/CPCS card.
• Proven experience as a Site Foreman or similar role within the construction or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of site management practices, safety procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and support a diverse workforce.
