Bluelink Global Holdings LTD is seeking hands-on Foremen to lead gangs on site and ensure quality while keeping trades moving under the Site Manager. This full-time position covers Manchester & North West (multi-site) with a salary of £34,000–£42,000 per annum.

As a Foreman, you will organise labour, maintain programme progress, enforce PPE and RAMS, and mentor apprentices. The role offers a clear path to responsibility and active collaboration with Site Managers and trades on multi-site refurb

Qualificações

• Demonstrable experience leading a gang or acting as chargehand/foreman.
• Strong communication and calm problem-solving under pressure.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Fluent English for toolbox talks and client-facing moments on site.

About The Role

Bluelink needs hands-on **Foremen** (four-man / gang leaders) who can organise labour, keep quality high and communicate clearly with Site Managers and trades.

What you will do

• Lead a small gang / multi-trade crew day to day
• Allocate tasks, check workmanship and keep the programme moving
• Enforce PPE, RAMS and safe systems of work
• Coordinate deliveries, plant and materials on the plot
• Raise issues early to the Site Manager with clear solutions
• Mentor apprentices and less experienced operatives

What we're looking for
