General Foreman, Civils & Infrastructure - Leeds, Yorkshire

Are you an experienced General Foreman with a strong background in civil engineering and infrastructure projects? Do you thrive on leading teams and delivering high-quality work? An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic team in Leeds, Yorkshire, working on a diverse range of challenging and rewarding projects.

This role offers a competitive salary up to 55,000, a car allowance, and a fuel card.



The Role

As General Foreman, you'll be instrumental in leading and supervising a team of operatives across various general civils and infrastructure projects. These projects are varied and may include earthworks, drainage, roadworks, groundwork, and utilities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and motivating your team to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

  • Monitoring project progress against schedules and budgets, ensuring effective management of materials and resources.

  • Upholding a safe and healthy working environment, with strict adherence to all health and safety regulations.

  • Collaborating closely with the Site Manager, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any on-site issues promptly.

  • Ensuring all work complies with project specifications and drawings.
