Job description

National civil engineering and infrastructure contractor operating across water, transportation, and energy sectors nationwide is seeking a freelance foreman for their HS2 project, starting from 18th August. The main duties include overseeing and supervising onsite works with direct and subcontracted labor, ensuring health & safety compliance, and maintaining good communication skills to liaise across all levels.

Required qualifications include:

1. CSCS Gold Card
2. SMSTS 5 Day Health & Safety certificate
3. NRSWA Supervisor ticket
4. EUSR HSG47
5. SEQOHS accredited Safety Critical Medical

Note: NPORS tickets are not accepted. Candidates must also have in place death in service insurance covering work at Euston and outside.

As this is an HS2 project, it falls inside IR35, and pay will be through an Umbrella PAYE or PAYE option.
