What we’re looking for

• Extensive experience in residential groundworks (foundations, drainage, site prep, etc.)
• Proven leadership on-site, managing teams and subcontractors
• Strong understanding of health & safety, build sequencing, and site logistics
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
• Local knowledge of Bracknell and surrounding areas is a plus
