About the Role: As an Aftercare Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our projects are successfully closed out and our clients remain satisfied long after handover. You'll be responsible for investigating and resolving post-handover issues on-site, carrying out remedial works where possible, and coordinating subcontractors and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions efficiently.

This is a key role in maintaining long-term client relationships and upholding Kier reputation for quality excellence. Assess reported defects and decide appropriate remedial actions. Where required, liaise with product manufacturers and supply chain partners to investigate root causes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Undertake minor works directly where practical, liaise with Kier construction teams and sub-contractors to arrange larger or specialist works.
  • Ensure quality standards and the highest level of health and safety are maintained on remedial works undertaken.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, supply chain, project teams, and the regional aftercare manager.
  • Accurately log all work undertaken and maintain records of instructed works, completions, and sign-offs.

We are looking for a hands-on problem solver with a passion for customer satisfaction and construction excellence. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A construction-relevant trade or technical qualification (e.g., HND, SVQ).
  • Multi-skilled trade background with broad construction experience.
  • Certifications: SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, First Aid.
  • PASMA / IPAF (Desirable).
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
  • IT literate and comfortable using laptop, tablet, phone, and relevant software.
