Your key responsibilities
- Driving innovation in quantitative trading and automation
- Conducting research, developing trading strategies, and collaborating with technologists for implementation
- Partnering with sales to optimize liquidity and serve clients
Your skills and experience
- Proven electronic trading experience in FX Spot, with knowledge of swaps or request-for-quotes assets
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning, including deep learning, with experience in Python ML libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, Jax, PyTorch)
- Programming skills in Python, KDB, and preferably Java or C++
- Expertise in quantitative research, data analysis, and strategy development
- Educational background in Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Machine Learning, Econometrics, or Computer Science (PhD, Bachelor’s, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- Experience mentoring in quantitative research or trading environments
