This is a part-time position with specific hours.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the profitability of the foreign exchange bureau. You will offer exceptional customer service, making each customer feel valued, while managing the daily operations of the bureau. Your tasks include increasing exposure, developing new business leads, and achieving targets & KPI’s. Working as part of a team, you will drive business through social media, events, and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the profitability of the foreign exchange bureau.
• Achieve foreign exchange targets and KPIs.
• Convert Hays Travel customers to purchase foreign exchange.
• Maximise individual and team sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Assist with daily operations of the bureau.
• Increase exposure and develop new business leads.
• Promote offers and generate engagement via social media.
• Follow foreign exchange sales structures to maximise opportunities.
• Monitor local competition and manage rates and margins daily.
• Maintain stock levels of foreign currency.
• Ensure accurate cash reconciliation and banking.
• Minimise risks and errors.
• Support day-to-day branch operations and administrative duties.
• Ensure security of the bureau.
• Participate in relevant training for personal development.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as required.
