Are you friendly and passionate about customer service? If yes then Park’s Motor Group want to hear from you! We have fantastic opportunities with immediate starts across our four petrol station forecourts in Lanarkshire. Whether full time or part-time we offer the flexibility of working a variety of shift patterns.

As a Forecourt Sales Assistant your duties will include:

• Monitoring the store and forecourt ensures you offer a great customer experience.
• Serving customers and authorising fuel pumps promptly.
• Stock and merchandising replenishment.
• Assist with all customer enquiries regarding the products and services offered.
• Take pride in ensuring the store is clean and presentable at all times.
• You will be responsible for cash handling including taking card payments
• Report any discrepancies and problems to a supervisor. If required, handle any customer complaints in a professional manner.

About you:

• You will be approachable and able to provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Be a team player, ready and able to assist your colleagues.
• Be flexible and willing to help cover shifts for any absences.
• Be polite and articulate.
• Have good numeracy and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience within a petrol station or retail environment is desired but not essential.
