Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Business, Economics or Marketing, ideally focused on Finance or Data Analysis.
• Interest in data analysis, reporting, forecasting and demand planning with strong attention to data accuracy.
• Basic knowledge of Excel and Power BI, with interest in BI and data visualization.
• Strong problem-solving and data validation skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across teams.
• Proactive, adaptable and eager to learn in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Support forecast accuracy KPI and demand planning reports.
• Assist with monthly demand planning and consensus meetings by preparing reports and materials.
• Maintain forecast data in planning systems and enter updates.
• Publish weekly and monthly reports on forecast changes.
• Update customer, market and product information in planning systems.
• Assist with data validation, reconciliation and analysis to support decisions.
• Support continuous improvement of reporting, planning processes and data management.
• Provide ad hoc reporting and analytical support to the demand planning team.
