The Forces Employment Charity offers a specialist programme developed to support veterans in the Justice System who may be vulnerable, socially isolated, or need support to live or maintain a law-abiding life.

Job Role:

The Support Team Client Advisor delivers the Forces Employment Charity support centre functions for the programme.

This full-time position (35 hours/week) offers a salary of £23,100. The successful candidate will be based in Birmingham at our Central Support Office, reporting to the Support Team Leader and Support Centre Manager.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making initial contact with referred Veterans within 2 working days and completing registration
  • Uploading client information to the case management system
  • Receiving referrals of Veterans at risk of or involved with the Justice System
  • Supporting the coordinator to engage with veterans after initial assessment
  • Assisting Veterans to obtain proof of Service and sign consent forms
  • Recording all interactions accurately on the Salesforce case management system

Person Specification:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality support and advising individuals through written and telephone communication. Experience in business administration, especially using databases and customer management systems, is essential.
