We are now recruiting for a Kids Footwear Technologist within our Technical team. This is a new role and will report to the General Technical Manager.

About the Role

The Footwear Technologist will be part of the dedicated Tech team and will report to the General Technical Manager. Working within a small team, this role will be hands-on and will handle a range of kids footwear products.

We are looking for a Technologist who is:

• Experienced in kids footwear within the fashion industry
• Knowledgeable in construction, pattern cutting techniques, and the fitting process
• Highly knowledgeable about consumer product safety requirements and able to interpret relevant legislation to ensure compliance
• Strong ability to risk assess products and understand testing and performance
• An excellent communicator and comfortable working with colleagues and customers at all levels
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized, efficient, and able to work to tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel)
• Driven and results-oriented
• Proactive, positive, and solutions-focused
• Educated to degree level, ideally in a qualification related to fashion design, business, or retail
