Qualifications

• Deliver a great consumer experience in store and meet set KPIs.
• Consistently build a strong brand experience through knowledge of products.
• Maintain high retail standards on front and back of house.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve store KPI targets by delivering sales at planned levels.
• Deliver a great brand experience using appropriate selling techniques.
• Keep sales floor and back-of-house areas well maintained and orderly.
• Ensure stock is stored correctly and aisles are clear.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures and company policies.
• Represent the Clarks brand at all times and maintain professional appearance.
• Complete all admin and performance documentation as required.
