CLARK'S in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide an exceptional in-store experience while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories, applying Clarks selling models, and help maintain high retail standards both front and back of house.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and use technology to enhance the shopper's experience.
• Assist in achieving store KPIs by selling to target levels set by management.
• Keep the sales floor and back-of-house areas well-presented and stocked.
• Follow cash and stock procedures to company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
• Be flexible with a 7‑day shift pattern including weekends.
