Job summary

Clarks is seeking a Sales Team Member to join one of our UK stores in Walton-on-Thames. You will deliver exceptional shopping experiences by selling footwear and accessories, while maintaining high retail standards on the shop floor and in the stockroom.

You will support achieving store KPIs, keep product knowledge up to date, and represent the Clarks brand with a smart appearance. Training and development support are provided as part of a global heritage brand.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of KPIs by delivering sales at target levels set by store management
• Consistently deliver a great brand experience and stay up to date with product knowledge
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house to uphold high brand and retail standards
• Handle stock and ensure stockroom orderliness and correct placement of stock
• Follow Health and Safety procedures as trained and ensure personal safety and that of others
• Represent the Clarks brand at all times and maintain a smart appearance
• Complete cash, stock and administration accurately to company standards
• Work with integrity and comply with company policies and legal requirements
• Keep personal development plans and complete performance reviews as required
