Clarks is seeking a Sales Team Member to join one of our UK stores and deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers. You will support in achieving sales targets, maintain high retail standards, and represent the brand with a smart appearance.

You will work to deliver great customer service, stay up to date with product knowledge, and follow health and safety procedures while contributing to the smooth running of the store and stock areas.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve store KPI targets by delivering sales at set levels.
• Deliver a great brand experience and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep sales floor and back-of-house areas clean and well stocked.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures at all times.
• Represent the Clarks brand with a smart appearance.
• Process cash, stock, and administration accurately.
• Review personal performance and maintain a development plan.
• Sell through effective use of selling models and customer needs.
