Job summary

FitFlop is seeking a Product Developer to join our UK Product team. You will work closely with the design team to bring creative footwear concepts to life, managing development from brief through manufacturing.

You’ll drive the critical path, coordinate with UK and Asia partners, translate design concepts into commercial products, and ensure alignment with FitFlop quality and cost targets. Hybrid working and a fixed-term contract to November 2027 are offered.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency is required for advanced modelling and data manipulation.
• PLM software experience is beneficial for managing product data and specs.
• International experience collaborating with UK and APAC teams is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage products through the development cycle from brief to commercialisation and manufacturing.
• Drive adherence to critical path, coordinating with cross-functional partners in UK and Asia.
• Translate creative vision into commercially viable products meeting aesthetic, functional and cost requirements.
• Collaborate with Design, Materials and Innovation to meet FitFlop standards.
• Be a point of contact across departments for development queries and ensure effective communication.
