Now Hiring: Assistant Football Coach
Full-Time | 12-Month Position | North Manchester Campus

Manchester University is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Football Coach to support our NCAA Division III football program. This full-time role is ideal for individuals early in their coaching careers who are passionate about football and committed to supporting student success both on and off the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with coaching, practice planning, and game preparation.

  • Support recruitment and retention of student-athletes.

  • Help manage team travel, equipment, and scheduling.

  • Promote a safe, inclusive, and positive team environment.

  • Uphold all university, conference, and NCAA policies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Previous playing and/or coaching experience encouraged.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • CPR/AED certification required (available on-site).

  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
