Job summary

Bolton Wanderers Football Club is seeking an organised Academy Kit Co-Ordinator to manage the preparation, distribution and upkeep of kit and equipment for all academy teams. You will work closely with the Academy Operations Manager and liaise with the First Team Kit Department to ensure teams are fully prepared for training, fixtures and travel.

The role requires reliability, strong time management and a proactive approach in a busy football environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a kit, sports or football environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue kit for academy teams.
• Maintain kitroom cleanliness and stock records.
• Organise and prepare equipment for training and fixtures.
• Support travel and matchday logistics.
• Collaborate with Academy Operations Manager and First Team Kit team.
• Ensure confidential handling of data and safeguarding standards.
