Foot Mobile Multiskilled Engineer

Up to £42k

Travelling between central London sites

Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on assets to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
2. Ensure maintenance is carried out to the highest standard and report any follow-up actions to the relevant manager/supervisor/helpdesk.
3. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and safety of work areas and report any areas of concern to the relevant manager/supervisor.
4. Ensure the company vehicle (should this form part of your role) is clean, tidy, and well-organised at all times, reflecting the company's commitment to professionalism and quality service. Complete regular vehicle inspection reports in conjunction with the company fleet administrator.
5. Present a professional image on-site, adhering to the company dress code and wearing the appropriate workwear.
6. Work safely and responsibly, always adhering to the company's safety procedures and guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience in Commercial Environments.
2. Electrical Qualification or similar.
3. Experience with BMS (preferred but not necessary).
