Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Central London

Location: Central London & West End

Salary: Up to £47,000 + Overtime

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a proactive and skilled Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer ready for a new challenge? We’re hiring on behalf of a top-tier Facilities Maintenance provider, offering an excellent opportunity to elevate your career.

Join a respected and established building services firm, where you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance across prestigious commercial offices in Central London and the West End.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
2. Emergency Light Testing & Fire Alarm Testing
3. Maintenance on HVAC Equipment
4. Maintenance within Plant Rooms
5. Maintenance on pumps, motors, etc.
6. Maintain up-to-date service records via a PDA-based maintenance system.
7. Liaise with subcontractors to complete specialist works as needed.
8. Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety guidelines and site-specific protocols.
9. Conduct routine inspections and proactively address issues to maintain building performance.

Candidate Requirements:

1. City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent).
2. City and Guilds 18th Edition
3. Demonstrable experience in commercial maintenance.
