CBW Staffing Solutions is recruiting a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join one of London's fastest-growing client-direct property companies. You will work across Zones 1 & 2 providing planned and reactive maintenance in high-end commercial offices.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (where applicable).
• Proven experience within commercial building maintenance.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and health & safety legislation.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites throughout Central London.
• Reliable, professional, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial offices.
• Carrying out electrical, mechanical, or fabric maintenance per trade background.
• Supporting tenant fit-outs, quoted works and small projects.
• Maintaining HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs.
• Completing compliance tasks: emergency lighting, fire alarms, water treatment checks.
• Producing maintenance reports, logbooks and documentation.
• Liaising with and supervising specialist subcontractors.
• Providing a professional, client-facing service while building tenant relationships.
• Supporting the wider engineering team across Central London sites.

Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer – Client Direct – Commercial Office Portfolio – Central London – Up to £50,000 + Package

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join one of London's fastest-growing client-direct property companies. Due to continued expansion, opportunities are available for Electrical, Mechanical, and Fabric Engineers to work across a prestigious portfolio of commercial office buildings throughout Zones 1 & 2.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer looking for a varied, client-facing role with genuine opportunities for career progression. Working across multiple high-end commercial buildings, you'll carry out planned and reactive maintenance, support tenant projects, and play a key role in maintaining first-class facilities. Hours of Work:

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 am – 17:00 pm
• Overtime Available
• Occasional Call-Outs (where applicable)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial office buildings.
• Completing electrical, mechanical, or fabric maintenance depending on your trade background.
• Supporting tenant fit-outs, quoted works, and small project works.
• Maintaining HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs.
• Carrying out statutory compliance tasks, including emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and water treatment checks.
• Completing maintenance reports, logbooks, and compliance documentation.
• Liaising with and supervising specialist subcontractors.
• Providing a professional, client-facing service while building strong relationships with tenants and site management.
• Supporting the wider engineering team across multiple Central London sites.

Package:

• Salary £37,000 – £50,000 (depending on experience, qualifications, and discipline)
