Job Title: Foot Mobile PPM Engineer
Location: Zone 1 & 2, Central London
Salary: £36,330 basic + fully expensed Travelcard + up to 2 hours paid daily travel time( extra £8,383.00 per annum in travel time )
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (40 hours per week)
Holiday: 20 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Foot Mobile PPM Engineer to join our team, covering multiple commercial sites across Central London (Zones 1 & 2). This is a full-time, permanent position ideal for a proactive engineer with a solid background in planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct scheduled PPM tasks across client sites

Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs (mechanical, electrical, and fabric)

Carry out visual inspections and ensure compliance with site safety standards

Respond to ‘in-hours’ callouts as required

Rotate across different sites (one per day) on foot, with all travel costs covered

Accurately complete maintenance records and job reports

Requirements:

Proven experience in building services and general facilities maintenance

Basic electrical knowledge and competence (City & Guilds or equivalent preferred)

Excellent understanding of health & safety standards

Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently

Comfortable with foot travel across multiple sites daily

Eligibility to work in the UK
