Location: Central London (Zones 1 & 2)

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Contract: Temp to Perm

Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a dynamic role across multiple high-profile sites in Central London? We're hiring a Foot Mobile Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM team, delivering top-tier building services across commercial properties.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong electrical background and a proactive attitude to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance on M&E plant and building fabric
  • Conduct fault finding, testing, repairs, and small electrical installations
  • Update PPM tasks via the site's maintenance system
  • Ensure compliance with QA, health & safety, and site procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and site records
  • Work safely from ladders and platforms
  • Keep company tools in good condition
  • Support contract success with a positive, flexible approach
Essential Skills & Experience
  • Solid understanding of building services engineering
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Building Management Systems
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities
Desirable Qualifications
  • City & Guilds/NVQ in Electrical Installation or Maintenance
  • 18th Edition (or 17th Edition)
  • City & Guilds 2391 Test & Inspection
  • Time-served apprenticeship or equivalent
