A Fantastic opportunity to work for a Property Management company situated in London. CBW is currently looking for a Foot mobile fabric engineer to be covering high end residential properties. The successful candidate will be experienced working as a Fabric engineer with a proven track record in commercial building / high end residential building maintenance and fit out. Working with the maintenance team on-site, He or she will be required to carry out fabric maintenance duties and any other requested tasks on site.


Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plumbing – washers, taps, unblocking toilets, unblocking stacks, installing new sinks, urinals and toilets, pipework (copper or PVC)
• Basic maintenance (blocked toilets, broken door handles, snagging)
• Delivery of missing amenities to our properties
• Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture
• Tiling – floors, walls and Carpet tiles
• Painting & Decorating
• Plastering
• Fixing Furniture
• Hanging Pictures & Shelves

Hours of work / Rate / contract details

• Saturday and Sundays, Ongoing
• 9am - 6pm
• Starting Saturday 29th March
• Up to £20p/h
• Foot mobile, travel between buildings is covered

Requirements

• Experience working as a Fabric maintenance engineer
• A proven track record in high end residential andcommercial building maintenance
• Good communication skills
• Client Facing
• Immediately available or able to start at short notice
