Foot Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - London Portfolio (Zones 1&2) - Up to £44,000 + £2,000 Travel Allowance

Exciting opportunity to work for an established leading FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for 2 x Electrical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 9 commercial buildings located in Cannon Street and surrounding areas (Zones 1&2). The successful candidates will be electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is a Foot Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical maintenance on all Landlord areas. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £44,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime, and further training.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

1. Emergency Lighting
2. Fire Alarm Testing
3. Water Treatment
4. Statutory Compliance
5. Carry out PPM & Reactive maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings, and Compressors
6. Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
7. Chillers - Re-set
8. BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds etc)
9. Ensuring log books are kept up to date
10. Escorting specialist sub contractors
11. Assisting other engineers
12. Offering technical support

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday - Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm

Requirements

1. City & Guilds / NVQ in Electrical Installation / Engineering
2. You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)
3. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
4. An understanding of commercial building maintenance
5. Multi-skilled
6. Good communication skills
7. Excellent customer service skills
8. You must be happy to work on a "Foot Mobile" basis and attend multiple sites (i.e. This is not a mobile role where a vehicle is provided)
