RJS Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Foot Health Practitioner for a private podiatry clinic in Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. The role offers a mix of clinic appointments and opportunities to build lasting patient relationships.

Both part-time and full-time options are available with a competitive hourly rate (£12.71 – £14.45) depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus and flexible working arrangements. Training and development support a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Qualified Foot Health Practitioner with private practice experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
• Experience in private practice, care homes, or community settings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive foot health assessments.
• Deliver routine foot care treatments including nail care, corn and callus reduction, cracked heel care and general foot maintenance.
• Recognise conditions requiring referral to a podiatrist or other healthcare professional.
• Provide preventative foot health advice and patient education.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with patients through outstanding customer care.
• Work collaboratively with the wider clinical team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
