Location: Wiltshire / Somerset
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 per annum
Job type: Permanent, full-time, and part-time considered; minimum of 32 hours

About the role:
An established multidisciplinary clinic is seeking a qualified and motivated Foot Health Practitioner to join its growing team. Working across multiple community-based clinics, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping people stay active, mobile, and pain-free. You will benefit from structured induction, regular feedback, and ongoing professional development.
Key responsibilities:
·Deliver high-quality foot care services, including general treatments, verruca management, and fungal nail therapy.
·Manage a varied caseload while ensuring excellent patient experience and outcomes.
·Participate in a structured induction and ongoing development programme.
·Work collaboratively with a wider multidisciplinary team, including referral pathways to other clinical services.
·Contribute to service development sessions and departmental planning.
·Take part in regular supervision, training sessions, and peer support opportunities.
Requirements:
·Recognised qualification as a Foot Health Practitioner.
·Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
·A strong team player with a collaborative approach to patient care.
·Open to coaching and feedback with a commitment to continual learning.
·Passion for foot health and a desire to contribute to a mission-driven service.
·Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
