A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd. is seeking a SPAR Abbots Langley Customer Team Member to support store management and deliver excellent customer service. You will help maximise sales through attentive service, stock checks, and promotions, in a busy, high-volume convenience environment.

The role requires 18+ and offers a benefits package including pension, staff discounts, and wellbeing support. It is a permanent, on-site position with flexible hours and opportunities for internal progression.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Good attention to detail and following procedures.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to contribute ideas for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Familiar with a 'Challenge 25' policy is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers in a friendly manner and assist with inquiries.
• Process purchases accurately at tills and upsell where appropriate.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stock rotation.
• Assist with price changes, promotions displays, and other tasks as required.
