We have a full-time, long-term Food Technology Teacher vacancy starting ASAP at a popular school in Bradford. This is a great opportunity to join an ambitious team; working full time until July 2025, possibly into September.

Food Technology Teacher responsibilities and duties

The school is committed to establishing first-class standards, and we would like to hear from Secondary Food Technology teachers who offer high levels of enthusiasm and motivation. The successful candidate will engage and inspire pupils to participate in KS3 & KS4 Food Technology, working across both key stages with students of all abilities.

Every student at the school is cared for, supported, and challenged to maximize their potential. The school is improving strongly, with supportive and effective leadership in place.

Teachers of all experience levels, including NQTs, will be considered for this role.

Requirements for the Food Technology Teacher role
  • Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent, QTS).
  • The ability to quickly build positive relationships with staff and students.
  • Strong subject knowledge of the Food Technology curriculum.
