Urgent Food Technology Teacher required!!

We are urgently seeking a Food Technology Teacher to join a fantastic Secondary School in Islington. This is a sickness cover role for Mondays and Thursdays for 2 weeks or longer . It's ideal for an experienced and confident food tech teacher who is ready to step in and make an immediate impact. If you are passionate about inspiring students and have strong curriculum knowledge, we want to hear from you today !

Role: Food Technology Teacher
Location: Islington
Start Date: ASAP – urgent requirement
Employment Type: Sickness cover role ( Monday and Thursday for 2 weeks or longer )
Salary: £165 - £265 per day (depending on qualification & experience).

Please note that QTS is a must for this role

Experience Required:

• At least 2-3 years of UK-based teaching experience.
• Strong subject knowledge across KS3 & KS4
• Commitment to delivering engaging and effective lessons on short notice.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• A valid DBS registered on the update service.
• 2-3 professional references covering a minimum of 2-3 years of employment history.

Compliance Requirements:

To work in the school, you must meet the following compliance criteria:

• A valid DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)
• References covering your past two years of employment or education
• Proof of right to work in the UK
• Proof of national insurance
• Proof of address (dated within the last three months)
