Job summary

Hays Education in Batley is seeking passionate Food Technology teachers to support local secondary schools from September onward. Join a network of schools delivering engaging KS3 and KS4 lessons across day-to-day supply, short-term cover, and longer placements.

Qualifications

• UK QTS required.
• Specialism in Food Technology or related design subject.
• Experience teaching KS3/KS4 in UK secondary schools.

The RoleAs a Food Technology Teacher, you will:

What We're Looking For

• UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• A specialism in Food Technology, Hospitality & Catering, or Design Technology with a Food specialism
• Recent experience teaching KS3 and KS4 Food Technology within UK secondary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• A passion for education and student development
• A professional, adaptable, and positive approach
