Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a dedicated Food Technology Teacher for a secondary school in Knowsley. You will deliver engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4, focusing on practical cooking, nutrition and food safety in a supportive classroom.

We welcome both experienced teachers and ECTs. The role offers permanent full-time employment with a competitive daily rate and opportunities to contribute to the Design & Technology department and wider school activities.

Qualifications

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Food Technology in a secondary school.
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
  • Passion for practical learning and developing students' life skills.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and delivering engaging Food Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4.

£162.31 - £251.71 per day (depending on experience)

Milk Education is working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Knowsley seeking a dedicated Food Technology Teacher to join their Design & Technology department. This is a fantastic opportunity to teach Food Technology across KS3 and KS4, helping students develop essential cooking skills, nutritional knowledge and food preparation techniques in a safe and engaging learning environment.

What you’ll be doing:
