Job summary

PK Education are working with a secondary school in Sheffield seeking a Food Technology teacher from September 2026. You will teach across KS3 and KS4, delivering a mix of practical cooking lessons and theory on nutrition, food science and healthy living.

Qualifications

• Qualified Food Technology teacher able to cover KS3/KS4.
• Experience delivering safe, engaging practical cooking lessons.
• Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a balanced programme of practical cooking and theory on nutrition and healthy living.
• Maintain safe classrooms and equipment usage, with strong pupil engagement.
• Collaborate with the Technology department to contribute to schemes of work.
