GSL Education are currently seeking a qualified and passionate Food Technology Teacher to join a reputable client school in Tunbridge Wells from September 2025. This Food Technology Teacher role is part-time and long-term, ideal for individuals dedicated to inspiring students through creative and engaging food and nutrition education.

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Have recent experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level.
Be confident in delivering practical lessons safely and effectively.
Be able to plan and deliver creative, high-quality lessons that meet national curriculum standards.
Demonstrate strong classroom management and a commitment to student wellbeing and progress.
Designing engaging food tech lessons and activities tailored to KS3 and KS4 learners.
Supporting students’ personal development through practical cooking skills and nutritional education.
Maintaining health and safety standards within the classroom.
Collaborating with department colleagues to ensure high teaching standards are maintained.
