A London-based education provider is seeking a Food Technology Teacher for a supportive SEMH school in Greenwich. This role involves teaching students with special needs across KS3 to KS5, accommodating both part-time and full-time applicants. For this post you must ideally have experience teaching students with special needs or a keen interest to work in an SEN or SEMH school. You must have experience teaching pupils with challenging behaviour as well as the ability to plan and teach engaging lessons from KS3 to KS5. This position can accommodate a part‑time or full‑time teacher. The headteacher is also open to unqualified Food Technology teachers but qualified teachers with QTS are welcomed to apply.
Found in the London Borough of Greenwich, this SEMH school caters for students from KS3‑KS5 that have an EHCP for SEMH. Many of the students also have a diagnosis of Autism. The school currently has over 150 students on roll and is expanding, with 25 more students to be taken on by January.
