Secondary Teacher of Design Technology - Canterbury

Academics are currently supporting a lovely school in Canterbury who are seeking a suitably qualified Teacher to deliver the Food Technology curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a progressive Design and Technology department and create outstanding learning opportunities. The successful applicant will be required to teach Food Technology to KS3 & 4 students.

Requirements

To be considered for the Teacher of Food Technology position, you will:

  • Have experience teaching Food technology to Key Stage 3 & 4 students.
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Be a motivated teacher who inspires your pupils and is keen to work with colleagues to develop the delivery of the Food Technology curriculum
  • Be innovative and resourceful when delivering curriculum.
  • Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons
  • Be flexible, collaborative, and resilient
  • Have high expectations of your pupils, the school, and yourself.
